NEW TO SUP? The worst thing that can happen is that you will get wet but most likely you will have fun doing it. Individualized instruction will elevate your standup paddle boarding to the next level.

Breathe, stretch and relax your muscles and mind while learning to focus your movements during this practice.

SUP PILATES OR FITNESS
We've taken surface exercises onto the water in this session to offer a bit of excitement to your normal routine. No experience required. Beginners are most welcome.

PRO-COACHING
WANT TO TRAIN LIKE A PRO? Then why not with our resident International Team Rider LEONARD NIKA (ITA). Leonard is a multiple European champion and is one of the top five racers in the World.
SUP HIRE & MINI INTRO **
We introduce you to:
+ Safety and what to look out for with the conditions and location
+ Basic board handling skills
+ Basic paddle techniques

GROUP SUP SESSION
This makes for a memorable experience either on individual boards and/or aboard the Starship (holds up to 8 people).
ONE-ON-ONE SESSION
Advance your skills quickly with our private instruction sessions: individual (or max 2 people). Our goal is to help you progress to distance paddling or SUP surfing.
